액티브시니어세대 골프관광객 참여동기와 운동몰입이 여가만족에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 사회적 문제가 되고 있는 고령화시대의 문제점에 대응하기 위한 시니어세대의 스포츠 참여의 중요성 강조하고자 하며, 이를 위해 액티브 시니어세대의 운동참여 요인, 몰입요인 그리고 생활만족 변수 간의 영향관계를 확인하는 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. [방법] 선행연구를 바탕으로 액티브 시니어세대의 골프관광상품 참여동기 4개 요인, 운동몰입 2개 요인, 생활만족 5개 요인으로 추출하였으며, 총 3개의 가설을 설정하여 분석하 였다. 설문은 국내 주요 여행사의 골프관광상품을 구매해 본 경험이 있는 55세 이상의 시니어를 대상으로 진행 하였다. [결과] 연구모형과 가설로 설정된 액티브시니어세대의 골프관광상품 참여동기, 운동몰입 그리고 생활만족 간의 관계는 몇 몇 경로를 제외하고는 유의한 영향관계인 것으로 분석되어 가설 1, 2, 3은 채택되었다. [결론] 참 여동기로 추출된 요인들인 취미오락, 사교, 건강, 가정이 시니어세대가 인지적, 행동적 측면에서 좀 더 운동에 몰 입할 수 있게 해주고 그들의 다양한 측면의 생활만족에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 하는 것으로 확인된 것이다. 시니어들을 대상으로 한 다양한 스포츠 프로그램의 개발과 더불어 참여동기를 자극할 수 있는 마케팅 전략의 중 요성을 확인한 것이며, 다양한 관계를 검증했다는 것도 추후 시니어세대 정책수립의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.
The Effects of Active Senior Generation's Golf Participation Motivation and Exercise Commitment on Leisure Satisfaction
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the exercise participation factor, the immersion factor, and the life satisfaction variable of the active senior generation. [Method] Based on previous studies, 4 factors for the active senior generation's participation motives, 2 factors for exercise immersion, and 5 factors for life satisfaction were extracted, and a total of 3 hypotheses were established and analyzed. [Result] The relationship between the active senior generation's golf participation motive, exercise commitment, and life satisfaction set by the research model and hypothesis was analyzed to be a significant influence relationship with the exception of some pathways, and hypotheses 1, 2, and 3 were all adopted. [Conclusion] The factors extracted as the motivation for participation of the active senior generation, such as hobbies, entertainment, socializing, health, and family, enable the senior generation to be more immersed in sports in cognitive and behavioral aspects. It was also confirmed that they had a positive effect on their various aspects of life satisfaction.
