OTT 기반 골프 레슨 특성과 서비스 지속이용의도 간의 관계 : 골프 관여도의 다집단분석
[목적] OTT 기반 골프 레슨 특성과 서비스 지속이용의도 간의 관계를 규명하고, 더 나아가 골프 관여도의 다집단 분석을 통해, 온라인 골프 레슨 산업의 성장을 위한 학문적, 실무적 기초정보를 제공하고자 한다. [방법] 유튜브 와 같은 OTT 서비스를 통해 골프 레슨 영상을 시청한 경험이 있는 골프 참여자를 본 연구의 모집으로 선정하고 편의 샘플링을 통해 총 357부의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 자료 정제과정을 거쳐 SPSS 23.0 & AMOS 23.0을 이용해 분석되었다. [결과] 첫째, OTT 기반 골프 레슨 특성 중 정보성, 유희성, 상호작용성은 서비스 지속 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, OTT 기반 골프 레슨 특성 중 유희성만이 서비스 지 속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 골프 관여도에 따른 유의한 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] OTT 기 반 골프 레슨 서비스를 제공함에 있어, 정보성, 유희성, 상호작용성 모두를 고려해야 하며, 이러한 과정에서 골프 관여도가 높은 집단과 낮은 집단 간의 차이를 고려하는 세분화된 레슨 프로그램의 구성이 요구된다.
Relationship between OTT-Based Golf Video Lesson Characteristics and Continuous Use of Service : A Multi-Group Analysis of Golf Involvement
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between OTT-based golf lesson characteristics and continuous use of service, and further provide academic and practical basic information for the growth of the online golf lesson industry through a multi-group analysis of golf involvement. [Method] To achieve this goal, golf participants with experience in watching golf lesson videos through OTT services such as YouTube were selected for sample this study and a total of 357 copies of data were collected. usable data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 & AMOS 23.0. [Result] Firstly, all sub-factor of OTT-based golf video lesson characteristics(informativity, entertainingness and interactive) have a positive influence on continuous use of OTT service. Second, golf involvement differences had to exist in part in the relationship between OTT-based golf video lesson characteristics and continuous use of service. [Conclusion] In providing OTT-based golf lesson services, informativity, entertainingness and interactive must be taken into account, and the process requires the segmentation lesson program that considers differences between groups with high and low golf involvement.
