골프클럽 샤프트의 물리적 특성과 스윙효율성에 관한 연구
[목적] 본 연구는 클럽 샤프트 특성과 스윙 효율성 간의 관계를 규명하고, 골프 클럽 피팅 및 최적 샤프트 선택을 위 한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. [방법] 주요 학술 데이터베이스(Google Scholar, PubMed, SPORTDiscus)를 활용하여 관련 연구를 체계적으로 검토하였다. 특정 기준(클럽 샤프트 특성과 스윙 효율성 간의 관계를 직접 다루는 실험 또는 관찰 연구, 통계 분석 포함, 2010년 이후 발표)을 적용하여 문헌을 선별하였다. [결과] 선별된 문헌들은 샤 프트의 강도, 토크, 무게, 킥포인트 등이 클럽 헤드 속도, 볼 속도, 발사각, 스핀량 등의 스윙 효율성 지표에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 최적의 스윙 효율성을 위해서는 샤프트 특성들 간의 상호작용과 조화를 고려한 개 인별 맞춤 피팅이 필수적임을 시사하였다. [결론] 클럽 샤프트 특성은 스윙 효율성에 중대한 영향을 미치며, 최적의 샤프트 선택을 위해서는 골퍼의 개별 특성을 고려한 체계적인 피팅 과정이 요구된다. 골프 관련 종사자들은 이를 위 한 전문성 함양에 힘써야 할 것이다.
A Study of the Physical Properties of Golf Club Shafts and Swing Efficiency
[Purpose] This study aims to investigate the relationship between club shaft characteristics and swing efficiency, and to derive implications for golf club fitting and optimal shaft selection. [Method] A systematic review of relevant studies was conducted using major academic databases (Google Scholar, PubMed, SPORTDiscus). Literature was selected by applying specific criteria (experimental or observational studies directly addressing the relationship between club shaft characteristics and swing efficiency, including statistical analysis, published after 2010). [Result] The selected literature indicated that shaft stiffness, torque, weight, kick point, etc. have significant effects on swing efficiency indicators such as club head speed, ball speed, launch angle, and spin rate. It was suggested that individual customized fitting considering the interaction and harmony between shaft characteristics is essential for optimal swing efficiency. [Conclusion] Club shaft characteristics have a significant impact on swing efficiency, and a systematic fitting process considering the individual characteristics of golfers is required for optimal shaft selection. Golf-related practitioners should strive to develop expertise for this purpose.
