아마추어 골퍼들의 스포츠 수행전략이 자기효능감과 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 아마추어 골퍼들이 사용하는 스포츠수행전략이 그들의 자기효능감과 인지된 경기력에 어떠 한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 데 있다. [방법] 본 연구는 아마추어 골퍼들을 대상으로 최종 272부의 자 료를 수집하였으며, 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 기술통계로 인구통계학적 변인을 정리하였다. 각 측정도구의 신뢰 도와 타당도는 확인적 요인분석 및 Cronbach's α 검사를 통해 확보하였고, 상관관계 분석과 구조방정식 모형을 통 해 각 변인의 관계를 검증하였다. [결과] 첫째, 아마추어 골퍼들의 스포츠수행전략은 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아마추어 골퍼들의 스포츠수행전략은 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났으며, 셋째, 아마추어 골퍼들의 자기효능감은 그들이 지각하는 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (p<.05). [결론] 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 아마추어 골퍼들의 인지된 경기력 향상을 위해서 효과적 인 스포츠수행전략 및 자기효능감 향상을 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.
The Effects of Amateur Golfers' Sport Performance Strategies on Self-Efficacy and Perceived Performance
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to empirically examine how the sport performance strategies used by amateur golfers affect their self-efficacy and perceived performance. [Method] This study collected a total of 272 data samples from amateur golfers. To achieve the research objectives, demographic variables were summarized using descriptive statistics. The validity and reliability of each measurement tool were ensured through confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's α test. The relationships between variables were verified through correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. [Result] First, the sport performance strategies of amateur golfers were found to have a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Second, these strategies also positively (+) influenced perceived performance. Third, the self-efficacy of amateur golfers was shown to have a positive (+) effect on perceived performance (p < .05). [Conclusion] The results of this study suggest that effective sport performance strategies are necessary to enhance the perceived performance of amateur golfers, and efforts to improve self-efficacy are also essential.
