아마추어 골퍼의 인구통계학적 특성별 골프 스트레스, 웨이트 트레이닝 만족도, 운동지속 차이 연구
[목적] 아마추어 골퍼의 인구통계학적 특성별 골프 스트레스, 웨이트 트레이닝 만족도, 운동지속 차이를 연구하였다. [방법] 프로골프협회에 등록되지 않은 만 20세 이상 중 경력 6개월 이상이고 한국골프연습장협회에 등록된 연습장 중 서울, 경기지역에 있는 연습장을 이용하는 사람들을 포함하였다. 회수된 설문 중 성실하지 않게 응답한 설문 437 부를 제외한 후, 412부를 분석에 사용하였다. [결과] 가설 1 ‘성별’ 차이와 가설 2 ‘연령별’ 차이는 부분 채택되었고, 가설 3 ‘구력별’ 차이, 가설 4 ‘월평균 라운드 횟수별’ 차이, 가설 5 ‘주당 연습 횟수별’ 차이, 가설 6 ‘주당 웨이트 트 레이닝 횟수별’ 차이, 가설 7 ‘평균 타수별’ 차이는 채택되었다. [결론] 아마추어 골퍼의 인구통계학적 특성별 골프 스 트레스, 웨이트 트레이닝 만족도, 운동지속은 차이가 있었으므로 회복탄력성을 증진하고 자아와 실력, 신체상을 지 각하고 관리하며 부정적 요인을 극복할 수 있는 프로그램이 필요하다.
A Study on Differences in Golf Stress, Weight Training, and Exercise Continuation by Demographic Characteristics of Amateur Golfers
[Purpose] The Differences in golf stress, weight training, and exercise continuation by demographic characteristics of amateur golfers were studied. [Method] Among those over 20 years of age who were not registered with the Professional Golf Association, those with at least 6 months of experience and those who used practice ranges in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas registered with the Korea Golf Driving Range Association were included. [Result] Hypothesis 1 ‘Gender' difference and Hypothesis 2 ‘Age' difference were partially accepted, Hypothesis 3 ‘Difference by performance', Hypothesis 4 ‘Difference by average number of rounds per month', Hypothesis 5 ‘Difference by number of practices per week', Hypothesis 6 ‘Difference by week' Differences ‘by number of weight training sessions’ and Hypothesis 7 ‘differences by average number of strokes’ were adopted. [Conclusion] Since there were differences in golf stress, weight training, and exercise continuation by amateur golfer's demographic characteristics, programs are needed to promote resilience, perceive and manage self, ability, and body image, and overcome negative factors.
