OTT 시청 골프 참여자의 학습 실재감이 성취 목표 성향 및 운동 지속에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 OTT 시청 골프 참여자의 학습 실재감이 성취 목표 성향과 운동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하 였다. [방법] 389명의 OTT 골프 참여자 데이터를 수집해 SPSS(v.25.0)로 주요 통계분석을 수행하였다. [결과] 첫째, 인 구통계학적 특성에 따라 학습 실재감, 성취 목표 성향, 운동 지속 의도에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학습 실재감은 과제 성취 목표 성향과 운동 지속 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 자기 성취 목표 성향은 과제 학습 실재감을 높였고, 과제 성취 목표 성향은 운동 지속 의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. [결론] 본 연구는 OTT 시청 골프 참여자의 학습 실 재감이 성취 목표 성향과 운동 지속 의도에 긍정적으로 기여함을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 이 결과는 OTT 기반 골프 교육 프로그램을 설계·운영할 때, 학습 실재감을 강화하는 요소를 고려함으로써 참여자의 성취 목표를 촉진하고 운 동 지속 의도를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다.
Effects of Learning Reality of Golf Participants in OTT Viewing on Achievement Goal Tendency and Exercise Continuation
[Purpose] This study analyzed the impact of learning presence on achievement goal orientation and exercise adherence intention among OTT golf participants. [Method] Data were collected from 389 OTT golf participants, and major statistical analyses were performed using SPSS (v.25.0). [Results] First, significant differences in learning presence, achievement goal orientation, and exercise adherence intention were found depending on demographic characteristics. Second, learning presence positively influenced task achievement goal orientation and exercise adherence intention. Third, self-achievement goal orientation enhanced task learning presence, and task achievement goal orientation had a positive impact on exercise adherence intention. [Conclusion] This study empirically confirmed that learning presence positively contributes to achievement goal orientation and exercise adherence intention among OTT golf participants. These results suggest that incorporating elements to strengthen learning presence when designing and operating OTT-based golf education programs can promote participants' achievement goals and increase their exercise adherence intention.
