스크린골프장의 서비스스케이프가 경험적 가치 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 스크린골프장의 서비스스케이프가 경험적 가치 및 재방문의도간에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 치 열한 경쟁 환경에 놓인 스크린골프 시장의 신규 회원 유치 및 기존회원 유지를 위한 학문적, 실무적 기초 정보를 제 공하는 것에 목적이 있다. [방법] 비확률표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 통해 스크린골프장 이용객을 대상으로 229 부의 유효데이터를 확보하였다. 수집된 자료에 대하여 SPSS 23.0을 이용해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계 분석, 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 서비스스케이프의 하위요인인 공조환경, 심미 성, 편의성, 청결성은 경험적 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 공간배치는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스스케이프의 하위요인인 공조환경, 공간배치, 청결성은 재방문의도에 정(+)의 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 심미성과 편의성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경험적 가치는 재방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 스크린골프장의 서비스스케이프 특성을 활용하는 차별 화 전략을 구축할 필요성이 있다. 특히, 경험적 가치가 재방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 점에서 다양한 체험마 케팅 프로그램을 통해 이용자의 경험적 가치를 높이는 전략에 주목할 필요가 있다.
The Effect of Screen Golf's Servicescape on the Experiential Value and Revisit Intention
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of screen golf's servicescape on experiential value and revisit intention. [Method] Toward this end, a total of 229 screen golfer responded to the questionnaires. Data analyses included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 23.0. [Result] Firstly, air-conditional environment, aesthetic, convenience, cleanliness had a influence on the experiential value, while space layout did not. Secondly, air-conditional environment, space layout, cleanliness had a influence on the revisit intention, while aesthetic, convenience did not. Thirdly. experiential value had a influence on the revisit intention. [Conclusion] For the success of the screen golf, necessary to establish a strategy for differentiation through experiential marketing.
