골프레슨 유형별 지도자의 신뢰가 운동지속성에 미치는 영향력 비교
[목적] 유튜브 및 현장에서 활동하고 있는 골프 지도자들이 직업군 활성화를 위해 아마추어 골퍼를 대상으로 골프 지도자의 신뢰 가 운동지속성에 미치는 영향력을 규명하고 레슨 유형별 영향력 차이를 분석하여 두 유형의 지도자들이 어떤 신뢰 요인을 바탕으 로 레슨을 수행해야 고객들이 운동에 지속적인 참여로 유도될 수 있는지에 대한 정보를 제시하는데 의미가 있다. [방법] 서울 및 경기지역에서 인터넷 골프 동호회에서 활동하고 있는 아마추어 골퍼를 모집단으로 설정한 다음, 목적표집법을 적용하여 299명에 게 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. [결과] 첫째, 운동지속성을 위해서는 골프 지도자의 신뢰 중, 개방형 요인에서만 통계적으로 유 의한 관련성을 보였으며, 둘째 골프 지도자의 신뢰에서 일관성 요인이 운동지속성의 강화성 요인에 미치는 영향력과 신뢰의 이타 성 요인이 운동지속성의 경향성 요인에 미치는 영향력에서 두 집단에서 통계적으로 차이를 보였다. [결론] 아마추어 골퍼들이 골 프 지도자의 신뢰를 통해 운동지속성을 향상시키려면 우선적으로 골프 지도자의 개방형 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력을 증진시켜야 하며, 골프 지도자들이 신뢰에 초점을 둔 레슨 철학을 지녔다면 유형별 차별적 접근을 통한 홍보를 실시해야 한다.
Comparison of Influence of Leader's Trust on Exercise Sustainability by Type of Golf Lesson
[Purpose] This paper examines how golf coaches active on YouTube and in fields can encourage amateur golfers to continue to participate in golfing practice for boosting their profession by defining the influence of golf coaches on amateur golfers and by analyzing the influence by the type of giving lessons so as to examine how two types of leaders should give lessons to earn trust. [Method] The population consisted of a purposeful sampling of 299 amateur golfers active in Internet golf communities in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. [Result] First, the open-type factor of elements of trust of golf coaches designed to encourage amateur golfers to continue golfing was statistically significant. Second, the two groups were statistically different in terms of the impact of consistence factor in the trust of golf coaches on the enforcement of continuing golfing, and in terms of the impact of the altruistic factor of trust on continuing golfing. [Conclusion] To boost amateur golfers' trust on golf coaches to continue their golfing, first, golf coaches need to increase their communication ability for improving their open-type ability. Golf coaches with philosophy of giving lesson based on trust should promote golfing lessons through differentiated approach by type.
