골프연습장의 서비스스케이프가 고객만족과 재등록의도에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 골프연습장 서비스스케이프와 고객만족 및 재등록의도간의 관계를 규명하고 이해하는데 연구의 목 적이 있다. [방법] 서울과 경기도 사설 실외 골프연습장에 나오는 회원을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 총 380부의 자료를 배부하여 356부를 최종 선정하여 통계프로그램인 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. [결과] 첫째, 서비스스케이프가 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과를 보면 유의수준 p<.05에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 고객만족이 재등록의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과를 보면 유의수준 p<.001에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스스케이프가 재등록의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과를 보면 p<.01에서 통 계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프연습장 서비스스케이프가 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 서비스스케이프와 고객만족은 재등록의도에 많은 영향이 있음을 알 수 있다.
The Effect of Golf Driving Range Servicescape on Customer Satisfaction and Re-registration Intention
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the relationship between the golf driving range servicescape, customer satisfaction, and re-registration intention. [Method] Members from private outdoor golf driving ranges in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected as the population. A total of 380 copies of data were distributed, 356 copies were finally selected and analyzed using SPSS 25.0, a statistical program. [Results] First, as a result of verifying the effect of servicescape on customer satisfaction, it was found that the significance level p<.05 had a statistically significant effect. Second, as a result of verifying the effect of customer satisfaction on re-registration intention, it was found that the significance level p<.001 had a statistically significant effect. Third, the results of verifying the effect of Servicescape on re-registration intention showed that p<.01 had a statistically significant effect. [Conclusion] It can be seen that the golf driving range servicescape has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and the servicescape and customer satisfaction have a great influence on the intention to re-register.
