KLPGA 3부투어 선수가 인지하는 지도자 신뢰와 운동열정 및 운동탈진의 관계
[목적] 한국여자 세미프로골프선수들이 인지하는 지도자 신뢰와 운동열정 및 운동탈진의 관계를 규명하여 선수에 게 큰 영향을 미치는 지도자 신뢰가 선수들의 운동열정과 운동탈진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는데 목적 이 있다. [방법] ‘KLPGA 2021 XGOLF·백제CC 점프투어 4차전’에 참가한 모든 선수를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행 하여 총 123명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS/WIN 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 주성분분석, 신 뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 동일화 신뢰가 기본열정에 정적 영향을, 성 취결여, 심신소진에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강박열정이 성취결여와 무가치감에 정적 영향을, 기본열정이 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조화열정과 기본열정이 심신소진에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. [결론] 골프지도자는 동질감 형성을 통해 신뢰를 구축하여 선수의 열정적인 활동 참여를 유도해야 하며, 신뢰와 긍정적 열정을 바탕으로 운동탈진을 감소시키도록 노력해야 할 것이다.
The Relationship between Trust of Coach, Exercise Passion, Exercise Exhaustion of Korea Ladies Semi-Professional Golf Player
[Purpose] The goal is to identify the relationship between trust of coach and exercise passion, exercise exhaustion recognized by Korea Ladies semi-professional golfers. [Method] A survey was conducted on all players who participated in the ‘KLPGA 2021 XGOLF·Baekje CC Jump Tour’ using a questionnaire. Data processing was conducted using SPSS/WIN 25.0 for frequency analysis, factor analysis, principal component analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple session analysis. [Result] First, trust in identification had a static effect on basic passion, a lack of achievement, and a negative impact on mental and physical exhaustion. Second, obsessive passion had a static effect on lack of achievement and worthlessness, basic passion had and adverse effect, and harmonious passion and basic passion had an adverse effect on mental and physical exhaustion. [Conclusion] Golf coaches should build trust through building homogeneity to encourage athletes to participate in enthusiastic activities, and try to reduce exercise exhaustion based on trust and positive enthusiasm.
