골프장 캐디가 지각한 조직정치지각이 냉소주의 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향
[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 골프장 캐디가 지각한 조직정치지각과 냉소주의 및 이직의도의 관계를 살펴보는데 있다. [방법] 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기, 강원 지역에 종사하는 캐디 356명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 표 집방법은 편의표본추출법을 사용하였으며, 최종적으로 350명을 추출 분석하였다. 측정도구는 설문지를 사용하여 본 연구에 적합한 항목들을 활용하였으며, SPSS/PC 윈도우 24.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 검증하였다. [결과] 구 체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 캐디가 지각한 조직정치지각은 냉소주의에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 캐디가 지각한 조직정치지각은 이직의도에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 캐디가 지각한 냉소주의는 이직의도에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프장 캐디가 지각한 조직정치지 각은 냉소주의를 증가시키는 역할을 하며, 나아가서는 이직의도가 높아지는 역할을 하는 것으로 판단된다.
The Effect of Golf Course Caddies Organizational Politics on Cynicism and Turnover Intention
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among Golf Course Caddies Organizational Politics, Cynicism and Turnover Intention. [Method] To Golf Course Caddies in Gyeonggi and Gangwon in January to May 2021 and analyzed 350 Golf Course Caddies students using convenience sampling method. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the questionnaire and the statistical program 24.0 Version for SPSS / PC Window. The results of this study are as follows. [Result] Firstly, Organizational Politics of Golf Course Caddies showed positive (+) effect on Cynicism. Secondly, Organizational Politics of Golf Course Caddies showed positive (+) effect on Turnover Intention. Thirdly, effect on Cynicism of Golf Course Caddies showed positive (+) effect on Turnover Intention. [Conclusion] It is judged that the Organizational Politics of Golf Course Caddies plays a role in increasing Cynicism, and furthermore, it plays a role in increasing the propensity to Turnover Intention
