골프 참여자의 유튜브 골프 콘텐츠 시청동기에 따른 시청만족 및 재시청 의도의 관계
[목적] 본 연구는 골프 참여자의 유튜브 골프 콘텐츠 시청동기에 따른 시청만족 및 재시청 의도의 관계를 규명하 고자 하였다. [방법] 이를 위해 2021년 3월 골프에 참여하고 있는 골프 유튜브 시청자를 대상으로 250부의 설문지 를 배포, 총 222부를 회수하여 SPSS 25.0으로 최종 분석하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 골프 참여 자의 유튜브 골프 콘텐츠 시청동기의 정보추구, 대리만족 요인이 시청만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 골프 참여자의 유튜브 골프 콘텐츠 시청동기의 대리만족 요인이 재시청 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 골프 참여자의 유튜브 골프 콘텐츠 시청만족 요인이 재시청 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 따라서 골프 유튜브 채널만의 차별화된 콘텐츠를 제작하고 이를 공유하는 것이 시청자들의 관심과 재시청 의도를 이끌 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
The Relationship between Viewing Satisfaction and Re-viewing Intention According to the Motives of Watching YouTube Golf Content of Golf Participants
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the viewing satisfaction and re-viewing intentions according to the motives of watching YouTube golf content of golf participants. [Method] To this end, in March 2021, 250 questionnaires were distributed to YouTube viewers of golf participating in golf, and a total of 222 copies were collected and finally analyzed with SPSS 25.0. [Result] As a drawn result, first, the information-seeking and proxy satisfaction factors of the golf participants' YouTube golf content viewing motives affect the viewing satisfaction. Second, the vicarious satisfaction factor of golf participants' motivation to watch YouTube golf content affects their re-viewing intention. Third, the factors of golf participants' satisfaction with watching YouTube golf content had an effect on their re-viewing intentions. [Conclusion] Therefore, it is thought that creating and sharing differentiated content unique to the Golf YouTube channel will lead to viewers' interest and re-watching intentions.
