델파이(delphi) 기법을 활용한 골프클럽 선택속성 도출
[목적] 본 연구는 골프소비자의 골프클럽 선택속성을 도출하여 골프용품 제조사의 효과적인 마케팅 전략 수립을 위한 기초 정보를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 골프 관련 전공 대학교수 및 박사급 연구원을 포함하여 골프클럽 관련 기업 종사자, 골프선수 및 지도자를 전문가 집단으로 선정하여 3단계에 걸친 델파이 연구절차를 진행하였다. [결과] 1단계 델파이 조사결과 6개의 선택속성(품질, 브랜드 및 유행, 디자인, 가격, 평가, 소비자)과 28개의 하위 속성이 도출되었다. 2단계 조사과정을 통해 6개의 선택속성과 16개의 하위속성으로 합의과정이 진행 되었다. 3단계 조사에서는 2단계 조사 결과를 바탕으로 6개의 선택속성과 8개의 하위속성이 최종 도출되었다. [결 론] 본 연구는 골프클럽의 선택속성을 도출함으로 인하여 골프용품 제조사의 효과적인 마케팅 전략 수립을 위한 학문적 기초 정보를 제공한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 골프클럽 선택속성을 도출함에 있어 후속 연구의 아이디어를 제시하였다.
Application of Delphi Method in Identifying Golf Consumers' Selection Attributes of Golf Club
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for establishing effective marketing strategies for golf club manufacturers by identifying golf club selection attributes of golf customers. [Method] A total of 30 expert panel including university professors and doctoral-level researchers in golf-related majors, companies of golf club brands, golf players and golf tutors were conducted three-step Delphi research. [Result] As a result of the Delphi research in the first stage, 6 selection attributes( quality, brand and fashion, design, price, evaluation, consumer) and 28 sub-attributes were derived. Through the two-step research process, the consensus process was carried out with 6 optional attributes and 16 sub-attributes. In the third-stage research, 6 optional attributes and 8 sub-attributes were finally derived based on the results of the second stage. [Conclusion] It is judged that this study provided academic basic information for effective marketing strategy establishment of golf equipment manufacturers by deriving the selection attributes of golf clubs. In addition, ideas for follow-up studies were presented in deriving golf club selection attributes.
