골프연습장 지도자의 수업지식과 지도신념이 재등록의도에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 골프연습장 지도자의 수업지식과 지도신념 및 회원 재등록의도간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고, 검 증하는 것에 연구의 목적이 있다. [방법] 골프연습장 지도자로부터 레슨 받은 경험이 있는 동호인을 대상으로 연 구의 모집단으로 선정하였고 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 260명의 유효데이터를 확보하였다. SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0을 이용하여 가설 검증을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프연습장 지도자의 수업지식(수업전략, 학습자이 해, 수업목표, 수업내용)은 지도신념에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프연습장 지도자의 수업 지식은 재등록의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도신념이 재등록의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프연습장 지도자의 수업지식과 지도신념은 고객의 재등록의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 고객 각자의 개성에 따른 차이를 고려하여 마케팅 전략을 수립해야 할 것이다.
The Effect of Golf Driving Range Leader's Teaching Knowledge and Guidance Belief on Re-Enrollment Intention
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate and verify the structural relationship between the instructional knowledge of the golf driving range leader, the guidance belief, and the intention to re-register as a member. [Method] Golf clubs were selected as the population for the study, and a total of 260 valid data were obtained using the convenient sampling method. Hypothesis testing was performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. [Result] First, it was found that the instructional knowledge of the golf driving range leader had a positive effect on the leadership belief. Second, it was found that the instructional knowledge of the golf driving range instructor had a positive effect on the re-registration intention. Third, it was found that leadership beliefs had a positive effect on re-registration intention. [Conclusion] The instructional knowledge and guidance belief of the golf driving range instructor had a significant effect on the customer's re-registration intention.
