국내 스크린골프장 이용객의 구매결정요인과 이용만족 및 재이용의도와의 관계
[목적] 이 연구는 시대의 변화가 빚어낸 스크린골프장 이용객의 욕구를 다양한 시각에서 분석하고 이용객의 구매 결정요인을 세분화하여 이에 따른 이용만족과 재이용의도를 규명하고자 한다. [방법] 2021년 11월 10일~11월 30일 까지 서울·수도권, 충청남도 지역에 소재한 국내 스크린골프장을 이용한 경험이 있는 이용객 중 총 253명(90.7%) 에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS 25.0, AMOS25.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분 석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 구매결정요인 중 접근성, 시설, 이용요금, 서비스요소, 프로모션, 지 도자 요인이 이용만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 구매결정요인 중 접근성, 시설, 이용요금, 서비스요소, 프로 모션, 지도자 요인이 재이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 이용만족은 재이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 유동인구가 많은 지역에 개업, 편리한 픽업서비스, 무료 개인물품 보관 등의 서비스가 필요하다. 또한, IoT와의 자유로운 연동시스템 구축, 전문화된 인공지능 코칭서비스 등을 도입할 필요가 있다.
The Relationship between the Purchasing Decision Factors of Domestic Screen Golf Course Users, User Satisfaction and Reuse Intention
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of screen golf course users created by the changes of the times from various perspectives, and to subdivide the purchasing decision factors of users to find out the satisfaction and reuse intentions accordingly. [Method] From November 10 to November 30, 2021, a survey was conducted to a total of 253 users who had experience of using domestic screen golf courses located in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and Chungcheongnam-do. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS25.0. [Result] First, among the purchasing determinants, accessibility, facilities, usage fee, service factor, promotion, and leader factors had a significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, among the purchasing determinants, accessibility, facilities, usage fee, service factor, promotion, and leader factors had a significant effect on the intention to reuse. Third, user satisfaction had a significant effect on re-use intention. [Conclusion] It is necessary to introduce a pick-up service, free personal belongings storage, establishment of an IoT interworking system, and specialized AI coaching service.
