골프 대중화를 위한 국내 골프장 이용객 인식조사
[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 국내 골퍼들의 골프장에 대한 인식조사를 통해 진정한 국내 골프 대중화를 위한 방안을 제시하기 위함에 있다. [방법] 국내 골퍼들의 골프장에 대한 인식조사를 위해 전국의 20세 이상의 남녀 골퍼 1200 명으로부터 설문지를 표집하여, 이중 결측지 201부를 제외한 999부를 유효 표본으로 사용하였으며, 자료의 처리 는 SPSS 20을 사용하여 T-test와 ANOVA 분석을 수행하였다. [결과] 골퍼들의 골프장 비용에 대한 만족도 분석에 서는 낮은 만족도를 보이는 것으로 확인되었으며, 불만족 이유로는 고비용이 가장 높았다. 경기도우미의 역할 변 화 인식에서는 경기 도우미의 역할 축소를 통해서라도 비용을 감소시켜야 하는 것으로 확인되었으며, 세금을 인 하하더라도 골프장 비용을 감소시켜야 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 저가형 골프장도 조성되어야 하는 것으로 확인되었다. [결론] 따라서 국내 골프장에 대한 소비자의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 경기도우미의 역할 변화, 세 금인하 및 저가형 골프장 조성 등을 통해 골프장에서 소요되는 비용을 낮춰야 할 것으로 판단된다.
A Survey on the Perception of Domestic Golf Course Users for Popularization of Golf
[Purpose] Main purpose of this study is to present the way for popularization of golf through a survey the perception of domestic golf course users in Korea. [Method] It surveyed 1200 male and female amateur golfers in Korea over the age of 20 and 999 samples were used as valid samples after excepting for insincere and incomplete samples. SPSS 20.0 were used to derive results. [Result] In the analysis of golfers' satisfaction with golf course costs, it was confirmed that they showed low satisfaction, and in the perception of role change of caddy, it was confirmed that costs should be reduced even by reducing the role of caddy. It was confirmed that golf course costs should be reduced even through tax cuts, and low-cost golf courses should also be created. [Conclusion] Therefore, in order to increase consumer satisfaction with domestic golf courses, it is judged that the cost of golf courses should be lowered through changes in the role of caddy, tax cuts, and the creation of low-cost golf courses.
