골프지도자들의 직무 정서성과 고객 무례성 및 직무소진과의 관계모형 검증
[목적] 이 연구는 골프지도자들의 직무 정서성과 고객 무례성 및 직무소진과의 관계 검증에 목적이 있다. [방법] 서 울, 수도권 골프연습장 지도자들로 모집단 설정 후, 편의표본추출법으로 300명의 표본 선정, 238부를 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0으로 빈도, 신뢰도, 상관관계를, Amos 20.0으로 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. [결 과] 확인적 요인분석을 통해 적합한 모형을 도출하였다. 변인 간 효과검증 결과, 직무 정서성은 고객무례성에 중간, 고객무례성은 직무소진에 높음, 직무 정서성은 직무소진에 중간정도 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 직·간접효과는 직무 정서성이 직무소진에 미치는 직접 효과보다 고객 무례성의 매개역할이 큰 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 직무소진을 줄이기 위해 지도자들의 직무에 대한 긍정적 정서 형성이 필요하며 긍정적 정서로 고객을 응대한다면 고객들의 무례 한 태도와 행동들도 감소할 것이며, 무례성 감소는 지도자의 직무만족과 몰입수준을 높여 양질의 레슨을 제공할 수 있고 이는 지도자의 직무소진에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 만큼, 궁극적으로 긍정적 정서성 함양이 선행될 필요가 있다.
An Analysis of Model on Relationship among Job Affectivity, Customer Incivility and Burnout of Golf Instructors
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among the job affectivity, customer incivility, & burnout of golf instructors. [Method] After set up golf driving ranges in Seoul & capital area, and 300 samples were selected using the convenient sampling method and 238 samples were used. Frequency analysis, reliability & correlation analysis were conducted with SPSS 18.0, confirmatory factor analysis & structural equation modeling were performed with Amos 20.0 [Results] A suitable model was derived through confirmatory factor analysis. The results of inter-variable test showed that job affectivity had a medium impact on customer incivility, customer incivility had a high impact on burnout & job affectivity had a medium impact on burnout. The results of direct & indirect effects showed that customer incivility plays a mediating variable role between job affectivity and burnout. [Conclusion] In order to reduce the burnout, need to positive affectivity of instructors about their jobs, and if they teach customers with positive affectivity, customer incivility will also decrease. Reducing customer incivility can provide high quality lessons raising instructor’s job satisfaction, which has a positive effect on the burnout.
