코로나-19로 인한 골프 시장변화와 펜데믹 종식 후 정책 제안 : 국내 골프장을 중심으로
[목적] 이 연구는 코로나-19 팬데믹에서 급변한 국내 골프 시장에서 드러난 정책적 문제를 바탕으로 코로나-19 이후 골프 시장을 위해 골프장 관련 정책적 제언을 하기 위한 연구다. [본론] 코로나-19 발생 이후 국내 골프장 시장은 해 외여행 규제, 방역 대책, 가처분소득 구조 변화, MZ 세대 유입 등으로 호황을 맞이하였다. 한시적으로 골프 시장 성 장은 지속 할 것으로 예측되나, 그러나 이러한 성장 요인이 사라질 경우, 급격한 소비 감소로 인하여 시장 붕괴는 물 론 골프 해외여행 급증, 나아가 소비자 피해로 이어질 가능성이 있다. [결론] 이에 다음과 같은 정책 제언을 한다. 첫 째, 골프장에 부과되는 다양한 과세정책에 변화를 시대 요구와 합리적 수준에서 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 소비 자에게 부과되는 세제 변화와 공공기금의 지원이 요구된다. 셋째, 골프장 시장 투명성을 위한 정부의 감시와 관리 감 독을 강화해야 한다. 마지막으로, 정부와 정책 입안자들의 골프에 대한 인식이 국민 인식 수준과 부합되어야 한다.
The Golf Market Changing by COVID-19 and Propose Post-Pandemic Policy for Golf Industry : In Focus on Golf Club
[Purpose] This study to propose the policy for Golf Club in order to prevent Korea Golf market crisis on post COVID-19 Pandemic. [Subject] In COVID-19 Pandemic, Korea Golf Market have been boom by preventive management against pandemic, restrict overseas travel, Changing disposable income structure, influx MZ customer and Pandemic life style. It is predicted Korea Golf market will be growth continuously on short-term. But Korea Golf Market, if it growth factor will disappear on post COVID-19 Pandemic, will be collapse by increase overseas golf travel and a sharp decrease in consumption. This market situation will make consumer damage and derivative industry damage. [Conclusion] For this, Korea Government need to these policies. First, the tax system to Golf Club need to change to demands of the market situation in reasonable. Second, it is need to change taxation on consumption and to support public funds. Third, it must strengthen the monitoring and the supervision of the government in order to manage golf market transparency. Lastly, the perception of Korea government need to meet the market perception of Korea public.
