[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to present basic data for practicing effective internal customer satisfaction management by analyzing the effect of golf course workers' emotional intelligence on customer orientation through resilience. [Methods] In the data processing of this study, frequency analysis was performed to analyze the demographic characteristics of the sample, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed to investigate the emotional intelligence, resilience, and customer orientation of golf course workers. [Results] To summarize the derived results, first, it was found that the emotional intelligence of golf course workers, self-emotional understanding and other emotional understanding, had a significant effect on customer orientation through resilience as a medium. Second, it was found that emotional use and emotional regulation, which are emotional intelligences of golf course workers, had a significant effect on customer orientation through resilience as a medium. .[Conclusions] According to the results of this study, it is judged that it is meaningful in that it provides user-centered services for the continuous growth and development of the golf course and presents basic data for strategy setting that can induce users' voluntary participation.
