코로나 19 상황에서 골프리조트 방문객들의 혼잡지각과 위험지각이 방문객 대응행동에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 코로나 19와 같은 특수한 전염병 전파의 위기 상황 속에서도 골프 산업이 호황일 수 있었던 이 유 그리고 사회적 거리 두기, 집합금지와 같은 코로나 19 관련 방역은 골프리조트 운영에서의 치명적 제약요소를 극복할 수 있었던 방법 등을 학문적으로 접근할 필요성이 있다고 판단하였다. [방법] 주요 연구방법으로 관련 선 행연구를 통해 골프리조트에 대한 혼잡지각, 위험지각 그리고 방문객 태도에 대한 개념도출 및 영향관계를 연구 의 모형과 연구가설로 수립하였다. 골프리조트 방문객의 혼잡지각을 인적혼잡과 공간혼잡 요인으로 각각 4문항과 3문항, 위험지각은 경제적 요인, 사회·환경적 요인, 신체적 요인, 인간관계의 4개 요인으로 각각 3문항 그리고 방문객 대응행동은 단인요인으로 4문항으로 구성하여 연구를 진행하였다. [결과] 가설검증을 위한 경로분석을 결 과 가설 1에서는 세부경로 2개, 가설 2에서는 세부경로 1개가 기각되긴 하였지만, 종합적으로는 연구가설 1과 연 구가설 2는 채택된 것으로 판단하였다. [결론] 본 연구에서는 가설 1과 2를 중심으로 분석을 해보면, 골프리조트 측의 혼잡지각을 최소화하여 방문객의 위험지각을 조절하려는 다양한 노력과 하기 위한 노력과 골프운동 특성 상 소수의 인원이 탁 트인 야외에서 활동을 하기 때문에 참여자들이 상대적으로 안전하다는 판단 하에 골프리조 트 방문객 스스로 혼잡지각과 위험지각을 관리하기 위한 다양한 대응행동의 결과인 것으로 판단된다.
Effect of Congestion Perception and Danger Perception of Golf Resort Visitors on Response Behavior in Covid-19
[Purpose] This study aims to scientifically confirm the reason why the golf industry was able to boom even under special circumstances such as Covid-19. [Method] As the main research method, literature research was conducted to derive concepts and influence relationships on congestion perception, risk perception, and visitor attitudes for domestic golf resorts as a model and research hypothesis. [Result] As a result of path analysis for hypothesis verification, although two detailed pathways were rejected in hypothesis 1 and one detailed pathway was rejected in hypothesis 2, it was determined that research hypothesis 1 and research hypothesis 2 were accepted overall. [Conclusion] Various efforts to control visitors' perception of danger by minimizing the perception of congestion on the golf resort side, and the fact that a small number of golfers are active outdoors due to the nature of golf exercise, judged that the participants were relatively safe. It is judged to be the result of various response actions to manage risk perception.
