골프 지도자의 코칭방법이 선수만족과 지도효율성에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 골프 지도자의 코칭방법이 선수만족과 지도효율성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 프로골프협회에 소속된 자로서 2021년 선수로 활동하고 있거나 대한골프협회에 등록되어 있는 만 13세 이 상의 아마추어 골프 선수를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 250부의 표본을 수집하였다. 이중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 15부의 자료를 제외한 총 235부의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프 지도자의 코 칭방법이 선수만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 지도자의 코칭방법이 지도효율성에 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 선수만족은 지도효율성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프 지도자 는 선수 지도 시 선수들의 만족감과 코칭을 통한 지도효율성을 높일 수 있도록 코칭방법에 대하여 많이 연구하 고 현장에서 다양한 방법으로 훈련을 지도한다면 선수들의 경기력 향상에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다고 판단된다.
The Effects of Golf Coach's Coaching Method on Athlete Satisfaction and Guidance Efficiency
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of golf coach's coaching method on athlete satisfaction and guidance efficiency. [Method] 250 samples were collected by a convenience sampling method as a population of amateur golfers aged 13 or older who are registered to Korea Golf Association and an athlete who belongs to the Professional Golfers' Association and is an athlete in 2021. Among them, 235 samples were applicable to analyze but 5 samples were excluded as unreliable data. [Result] First of all, golf coach's coaching method had an influence on the athlete satisfaction. Secondly, golf coach's coaching method had an influence on the guidance efficiency. Finally, athlete satisfaction had an influence on the guidance efficiency. [Conclusion] Golf coaches can help improve athletes' performance if they study a lot about coaching methods and guide them in various ways in the field to improve their satisfaction and coaching efficiency.
