골프 지도자의 코칭역량과 강습장의 서비스품질 및 고객만족의 관계
[목적] 본 연구는 골프 지도자의 코칭역량과 강습장의 서비스품질 및 고객만족의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 서울특별시에 위치하고 골프 시뮬레이터가 설치된 강습장에 소속되어 있는 지도자에게 지도 받는 성인을 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 253부의 표본을 수집하였다. 이중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 24부의 자료 를 제외한 총 229부의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프 지도자의 코칭역량이 강습장의 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 지도자의 코칭역량이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 마지막으로 강습장의 서비스품질이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프 지도자의 코칭 역량 강화가 강습장을 찾는 고객들의 서비스품질과 만족감을 높여 여가활동에 도움을 줄 수 있다고 판단된다.
The Relationship among the Golf Instructor's Coaching Competency, Service Quality of Driving Range and Customer Satisfaction
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among the golf instructor’s coaching competency, service quality of driving range and customer satisfaction. [Method] 253 samples were collected by a convenience sampling method, which population is adults who were taken lessons from instructors at a driving range installed golf simulators in Seoul. Among them, 229 samples were applicable to analyze but 24 samples were excluded as unreliable data. [Result] First of all, golf instructor’s coaching competency had an influence on the service quality of driving range. Secondly, golf instructor’s coaching competency had an influence on the customer satisfaction. Finally, service quality of driving range had an influence on the customer satisfaction. [Conclusion] Strengthening the coaching competency of golf instructor can help leisure activities by increasing the service quality and satisfaction of customers visiting the driving range.
