골프 캐디의 전문성 인지, 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구에서는 골프 캐디가 스스로에 대한 직업적 전문성 인지하는 것이 원활한 경기진행을 위한 다양한 임 파워먼트 요인이 활성화되고 그들의 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라고 판단하여, 그 관계를 확인하는 과정 에서 다양한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. [방법] 연구설계는 관련 경로별 이론적 배경에 대한 연구를 토대로 이루어 졌다. 설문항목은 일반적 사항을 포함하여 총 37문항으로 구성하였으며, 골프장 캐디의 전문성 인지 3개 요인, 임파 워먼트 4개 요인, 직무만족 2개 요인으로 연구가설과 연구모형을 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. [결과] 두 개의 가설 은 모두 채택되었으며, 가설 1의 경우 골프장 캐디의 전문성 인지 중 소양서비스 요인이 임파워먼트에 영향을 주지 못하였으며, 가설 2의 경우 임파워먼트의 자기결정성 요인이 직무만족에 영향을 주지 못하였으며, 영향력 요인은 1 개 경로만 채택되었다. [결론] 본 연구의 연구결과 분석을 통해 골프장 캐디의 전문성 인지가 임파워먼트와 직무만족 에 정적인 관계에 있다는 경로를 확인하였으며, 골프장 캐디의 스스로의 전문성 인지를 통해 인사관리 측면에서의 고효율 관리시스템 적용을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다.
A Study on Professional Recognition, Empowerment and Job Satisfaction of Caddies
[Purpose] In this study, it was determined that recognizing the professional expertise of caddies will activate various empowerment factors for game progress and have a positive effect on their job satisfaction. [Method] The questionnaire consisted of a total of 37 questions and the research was conducted by establishing a research hypothesis and research model with 3 factors for professional recognition of caddies, 4 factors for empowerment and 2 factors for job satisfaction. [Result] Both hypotheses were accepted, and in the case of hypothesis 1, the literacy service factor did not affect the empowerment of the golf course caddy's professional recognition, and in the case of hypothesis 2, the self-determination factor of the empowerment did not affect job satisfaction. Influencing factor, only one path was adopted. [Conclusion] Through the analysis of the research results of this study, it was confirmed that the professional recognition of golf course caddies had a positive effect on their empowerment and job satisfaction. It can be said that the importance of this study is that it can provide basic data.
