MZ세대 골프 이용객의 시설 만족과 경험 만족이 지속 의도에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 최근 골프인구의 급격한 증가세를 견인하고 있는 MZ세대의 골프 이용객의 시설 만족과 경험 만족 이 지속 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. [방법] MZ세대 340명을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 통해 설문을 진 행하였으며, Hayes의 방법을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프장 시설만족은 골프 경험만족에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장 시설만족을 통제한 상태에서 골프 경험만족은 골프 지속의도에 정적 인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부트스트래핑 방법을 활용한 간접효과의 유의성 검증 결과, 골프 경험만족은 골 프장 시설만족이 골프 지속의도에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. [결론] 본 연구결과는 코로나19 사태 이후 다소간 위축될 것으로 예상되는 골프산업의 성장세를 이어나가기 위해 골프 지속의도의 중요성을 확인했고 골 퍼들의 시설만족과 경험만족을 높이기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
The Effect of Facility Satisfaction and Experience Satisfaction on Continuation Intention of MZ Generation Golfer
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of golf course facility satisfaction and golf experience satisfaction of MZ generation, who are leading the rapid increase in the recent golf population, on their golf continuance intention. [Method] A survey was conducted on 340 people in the MZ generation through an online survey, and the hypothesis was verified using Hayes' method. [Result] First, golf course facility satisfaction had a positive effect on golf experience satisfaction. Second, while controlling for golf course facility satisfaction, golf experience satisfaction had a positive effect on golf continuance intention. As a result of verifying the significance of the indirect effect using the bootstrapping method, it was confirmed that golf experience satisfaction mediates the effect of golf course facility satisfaction on golf continuance intention. [Conclusion] The results of this study confirmed the importance of the golf continuance intention in order to continue the growth of the golf industry, which is expected to shrink somewhat after the Covid-19 crisis, and discussed ways to increase golfers' facility satisfaction and experience satisfaction.
