해외골프여행객의 소비가치, 소비만족, 소비행동의 관계
[목적] 이 연구는 해외골프여행객의 소비가치, 소비만족, 소비행동의 구조적 관계를 파악하여 골프여행객들의 소비행 동을 파악하여 국내 골프장의 여건 개선에 대한 방향성을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 연구하였다. [방법] 이를 위해 골프 여행전문 커뮤니티에 최근 일본으로 골프여행을 다녀온 사람을 모집단으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 354명 이 설문조사에 참여하였으나 골프여행을 다녀온 것으로 응답한 220명을 최종분석에 사용하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. [결과] 첫째, 해외골프여행객의 소비가치는 소비만족에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 해외골프여행객의 소비가치는 소비 행동에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 소비만족은 소비행동에 정적영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 코로나19의 완화로 인해 해외 골프시장으로 발길을 돌리는 골퍼들이 많아지고 있다. 이들은 보다 합리적이고 새로운 것을 찾아 해외로 발길을 돌리고 있는 것으로 보이는 만큼 국내 골프장에서는 이들의 소비가치에 맞게 변화되어야 할 시점이라 판단된다.
Relationship between Consumption Value, Consumption Satisfaction, and Consumption Behavior of Overseas Golf Travelers
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to identify the structural relationship between the consumption value, consumption satisfaction, and consumption behavior of overseas golf travelers, to identify the consumption behavior of golf travelers, and to suggest a direction for improving the conditions of domestic golf courses. [Method] To this end, an online survey was conducted on the golf travel community with a population of people who recently traveled to Japan. A total of 354 people participated in the survey, but 220 people who responded that they had been on a golf trip were used for the final analysis to obtain the following results. [Result] First, the consumption value of overseas golf travelers had a positive effect on consumption satisfaction. Second, the consumption value of overseas golf travelers had a positive effect on consumption behavior. Third, consumption satisfaction had a positive effect on consumption behavior. [Conclusion] Due to the easing of COVID-19, more and more golfers are turning to overseas golf markets. As they seem to be turning overseas to find something more reasonable and new, it is time for domestic golf courses to change to suit their consumption value.
