골프장 직원의 체면민감성과 직무스트레스, 직무만족 및 성과와의 관계연구
[목적] 이 연구는 골프장 직원의 체면민감성과 직무스트레스, 직무만족 및 성과와의 관계를 규명하여 골프산업에서 내부고객인 직원들을 대상으로 체면민감성수준을 파악하고 골프산업 종사자들이 가지는 체면민감성은 스트레스, 만 족 및 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 그 과정을 확인하여 골프장 내부에서의 인적자원관리에 대한 기초적 자료를 확보하고자 한다. [방법] 이를 위해 경기 및 강원지역에 소재한 골프장 10개소에 근무하는 직원 375명을 모집단으로 설정하고 설문조사를 실시하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. [결과] 첫째, 골프장 직원의 체면민감성은 직무스트레스에 정 적영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 골프장 직원의 체면민감성은 직무만족에 부적영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 골프장 직원의 체면민감 성은 직무성과에 부적영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 골프장 직원의 직무스트레스는 직무성과에 부적영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 골프장 직원의 직무만족은 직무성과에 정적영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 골프장 직원들의 업무성과를 위해 직원의 체면민 감성이 두드러지지 않도록 관리하여 스트레스가 높아지지 않도록 관리하고 자신의 업무에 대한 자긍심을 높일 수 있 도록 하는 서비스마인드교육을 강화하여 업무만족도를 향상시킬 필요가 있으며, 골프장 차원에서의 내부공중을 향 한 지속적인 관심과 교육을 통해 효율적인 인적자원관리가 이루어질 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.
A Study on the Relationship among Face Sensitivity, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Performance of Golf Course Employees
[Purpose] This study aims to identify the relationship between face sensitivity, job stress, job satisfaction, and performance of golf course employees, to identify the level of face sensitivity of golf industry employees, and to secure basic data on human resource management inside the golf course. [Method] To this end, 375 employees working at 10 golf courses located in Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do were set as a population and a survey was conducted to obtain the following results. [Result] First, the face sensitivity of golf course employees had a positive effect on job stress. Second, the face sensitivity of golf course employees negatively affected job satisfaction. Third, the face sensitivity of golf course employees negatively affected job performance. Fourth, the job stress of golf course employees negatively affected job performance. Fifth, job satisfaction of golf course employees had a positive effect on job performance. [Conclusion] or the work performance of golf course employees, it is necessary to improve work satisfaction by strengthening service mind education to prevent stress from increasing by managing employees' face sensitivity and increasing self-esteem, and efficient human resource management can be achieved through continuous interest and education for the internal public at the golf course level.
