KLPGA 드림투어 참가 선수의 긍정심리자본과 정서 몰입, 투어 적응과의 구조적 관계
[목적] KLPGA 드림투어 참가 선수의 긍정심리자본과 정서 몰입, 투어 적응과의 관계를 규명하여 골프선수의 경기능 력 개선 및 심리적 갈등 극복, 그리고 긍정적 마인드 개선 등의 학문적이고 실무적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. [방법] 2022년 정규투어 시드전에 참여 경험이 있는 선수를 대상으로 총 255부의 설문지를 수거하여 최종분석에 사용하였 다. [결과] 첫째, KLPGA 드림투어 참가 선수의 긍정심리자본은 정서 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 둘째, KLPGA 드림투어 참가 선수의 긍정심리자본은 투어 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서 몰입은 투어 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] KLPGA 드림투어 참가 선수들의 긍정심 리자본 형성은 정서 몰입에 대한 적응을 높이고, 긍정적 투어 환경을 통해 투어 적응을 높이게 하는 예측 요인임을 증명해 주었으며, 이러한 사실에 기인하여 드림투어에 참가하는 선수들의 투어 적응을 향상시키기 위해서는 긍정심 리자본과 긍정적 투어 환경이 효율적으로 형성될 수 있도록 구체적이고 전략적인 관리방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.
The Structural Relationship between Positive Psychological Capital, Emotional Commitment, and Tour Adaptation of KLPGA Dream Tour Participants
[Purpose] By investigating the relationship between KLPGA Dream Tour participants' positive psychological capital, emotional immersion, and tour adaptability, we intend to provide academic and practical data such as improving golfers' performance, overcoming psychological conflicts, and improving positive mindset. [Method] A total of 255 questionnaires were collected from players with experience participating in the 2022 regular tour seeding match and used for the final analysis. [Result] First, it was found that the positive psychological capital of players participating in the KLPGA Dream Tour had a positive effect on emotional commitment. Second, it was found that the positive psychological capital of players participating in the KLPGA Dream Tour had a positive effect on tour adaptation. Third, it was found that emotional commitment had a positive effect on tour adaptation. [Conclusion] It was proved that the formation of positive psychological capital of players participating in the KLPGA Dream Tour is a predictive factor that increases adaptation to emotional immersion and increases tour adaptation through a positive tour environment. To improve this, specific and strategic management plans should be sought so that positive psychological capital and a positive tour environment can be formed efficiently.
