골프장 서비스 불만요인, 전환의도, 전환행동의 관계
[목적] 이 연구는 코로나-19 상황에서 골프장을 경험한 고객들을 대상으로 골프장 서비스 불만요인, 전환의도, 전환 행동의 관계를 규명하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 온라인 골프 커뮤니티를 중심으로 골프장을 방문한 경험이 있는 고객 중 2022년 하반기에는 골프장을 방문하지 않은 고객을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 SPSS24.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분 석을 실시하였다. [결과] 연구결과 첫째, 골프장시설, 이용가격, 캐디서비스, 고객수준, 접근성이 전환의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 골프장시설, 이용가격, 캐디서비스, 고객수준, 접근성이 전환행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 전환의도는 전환행동 영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 골프장이 고객에서 제공하는 서비스에 대한 불만은 골프장 전환의도와 전환행동에 영향을 미치므로 골프장을 방문한 고객에게 제공되는 서비스에 대한 만족도가 높은 수준에서 유지될 수 있도록 노력 하여야 할 것이다.
The Study of Relationship between Customer Silence, Satisfaction, Trust and Revisit Intention in Golf Resorts Service Failure
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf course service dissatisfaction factors, conversion intention, and conversion behavior for customers who have experienced golf courses in the COVID-19 situation. [Method] To this end, an online survey was conducted on customers who did not visit the golf course in the second half of 2022 among customers who have visited the golf course centered on the online golf community. In addition, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS24.0 and AMOS 21.0. [Result] As a result of the study, first, golf course facilities, usage prices, caddie services, customer levels, and accessibility influenced the conversion intention. Second, golf course facilities, price of use, caddy service, customer level, and accessibility influenced conversion behavior. Third, conversion intention had an effect on conversion behavior. [Conclusion] Since dissatisfaction with the service provided by the customer affects the intention and conversion behavior of the golf course, efforts should be made to maintain high satisfaction with the service provided to customers who visit the golf course.
