KLPGA 선수 이미지에 따른 브랜드 일치성과 브랜드 신뢰 및 장기적 관계 지향성과의 관계
[목적] KLPGA 선수 이미지에 따른 브랜드의 일치성과 브랜드 신뢰 및 장기적 관계 지향성과의 관계를 규명하여 골 프소비자 반응에 따른 소비자와 기업 간의 관계증진은 물론 극대화 전략 제공에 목적이 있다. [방법] 모집단 선정은 서울과 경기지역의 실내외 골프연습장 이용 회원으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 통해 N사의 온라인 폼을 활 용하여 289부의 설문지가 최종분석에 사용하여 결과를 도출하였다. [결과] 첫째, 선수 이미지는 브랜드 일치성과 브 랜드 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드 일치성은 브랜드 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 브랜드 일치성과 브랜드 신뢰, 선수 이미지는 장기적 관계 지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] KLPGA 선수 이미지에 대한 하위요인들은 신뢰와 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있으며, 브랜드 일치성은 소비자의 가치판단에 대한 기준을 제공하므로 기업은 브랜드 신뢰를 통해 장기적 관계 지향성으로 전이될 수 있도록 소비자의 욕구와 성향을 파악을 위한 전략을 다각도로 모색하여야 할 것이다.
The Relationship between Brand Consistency and Brand Trust and Long-Term Relationship Orientation according to the KLPGA Player Image
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide strategies for maximization as well as enhancing the relationship between consumers and companies according to golf consumer responses by examining the relationship between brand consistency, brand trust, and long-term relationship orientation according to the KLPGA player image. [Method] The population was selected as members using indoor and outdoor golf driving ranges in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and 289 questionnaires were used for the final analysis using the online form of N company through the convenient sampling method, and the results were derived. [Result] First, it was found that player image had a positive effect on brand consistency and brand trust. Second, brand consistency was found to have a positive effect on brand trust. Third, it was found that brand consistency, brand trust, and player image had a positive effect on long-term relationship orientation. [Conclusion] Sub-factors of the KLPGA player image have a close relationship with trust, and brand consistency provides a standard for consumer value judgment. strategies should be explored from various angles.
