골프 모빌리티 서비스의 지각된 품질 만족 재이용의도의 관계
[목적] 본 연구는 골프모빌리티 서비스의 지각된품질, 만족 및 재이용의도의 관계를 규명하여 최근 장거리 골프이동 으로인한 골퍼들의 부담을 줄여주는 골프모빌리티 시장의 성장가능성을 파악하고 골프 모빌리티서비스의 지속가능 성과 활용도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 2022 년 7월부터 9월까지 3개월간 경기, 충청, 강원지역에 소재하고 있는 골프장 12개소를 방문하고 골프커뮤니티를 중심 으로 골프 모빌리티서비스를 이용하여 골프장방문경험이 있는 사람 240명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. [결과] 첫째, 골프 모빌리티 서비스품질은 고객만족에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 골프 모빌리티 서비 스품질은 재이용의도에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 골프 모빌리티 서비스 이용을 통한 만족은 재이용의도에 정적영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 연구결과 골프 모빌리티 서비스품질에 대해 골퍼들은 만족하고 있으며 지속적인 이용을 할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 결과는 골퍼들은 골프장을 이용하기 위해 이동해야 하는 거리와 시간에 대한 부 담을 느끼는 것이며 동행하는 다른 골퍼들과의 교류를 원활하게 하기 위한 것으로 보인다. 지금처럼 좋은 서비스품 질이 제공된다면 지속적인 성장이 가능할 것이라 생각된다.
Relationship between Perceived Quality, Satisfaction, and Reuse Intention of Golf Mobility Service
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perceived quality, satisfaction, and reuse intention of golf mobility services, identify the growth potential of the golf mobility market, which reduces the burden on golfers due to long-distance golf movement, and provide basic data to improve the sustainability and utilization of golf mobility services. [Method] To this end, for three months from July to September 2022, he visited 12 golf courses in Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Gangwon, and conducted a survey of 240 people who have visited golf courses using golf mobility services centered on the golf community. [Result] First, golf mobility service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, golf mobility service quality had a positive effect on reuse intention. Third, it was found that satisfaction through the use of golf mobility services had a positive effect on the intention to reuse intention. [Conclusion] As a result of the study, golfers are satisfied with the quality of golf mobility services and are expected to use them continuously. These results seem to be intended to help golfers feel the burden of distance and time to travel to use the golf course and facilitate exchanges with other golfers accompanying them. If good service quality is provided as it is now, continuous growth will be possible.
