소비자의 골프장 선택 시 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구
[목적] 본 연구는 소비자가 골프장을 선택할 때 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 중요도를 분석하여 골프장 운영에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. [방법] 체계적문헌조사 방법을 활용하여 골프장을 선택할 때 소비자 가 고려하는 요인들을 추출하였으며, 골프 업계 전문가, 골프장 이용자 등 일정 수준의 골프 경력자를 대상으로 델 파이조사 방법을 활용하여 요인별 중요도 분석을 진행하였다. [결과] 소비자의 골프장 선택 시 영향을 미치는 총 23 개의 요인 중 소비자는 ‘고객응대’, ‘예약서비스’, ‘접근성’, ‘코스이용료’, ‘조경환경’을 중요하게 인식한다는 점을 확 인하였다. [결론] ‘고객응대’가 중요하게 인식된다는 결과를 통해 골프장에 대한 소비자의 관여도가 높아지고 있음 을 알 수 있었고, 소비자의 골프장 선택 시 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 골프장 기업은 핵심 경쟁력을 보유함으로써 소비자의 요구 수준에 부합할 때 고객 이탈 방지 및 신규 고객 창출과 같은 성장을 지속할 수 있을 것이다.
An Exploratory Study of the Factor Influencing Consumer's Selection of Golf Course
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to derive the factors that affect consumers when choosing a golf course and analyze their importance to provide helpful information for golf course operation. [Method] Factors considered by consumers when choosing a golf course were extracted through a systematic literature review, and an importance analysis was conducted for each factor using the delphi survey method targeting golf industry experts and golf course users with a certain level of golf experience. [Results] It was confirmed that out of a total of 23 factors that affect consumers' golf course selection, consumers perceive ‘customer communicative', ‘reservation service', ‘accessibility', ‘course fee', and ‘landscape environment' as relatively important. [Conclusion] Through the result that ‘customer communicative' is recognized as important, it was found that consumers' involvement in golf courses is increasing. When it meets the rising level of expectation, it will be able to sustain growth such as preventing customer churn and creating new customers.
