학생선수가 지각한 골프 지도자의 코칭방법과 훈련태도 및 훈련몰입의 관계
[목적] 이 연구는 학생선수가 지각한 골프 지도자의 코칭방법과 훈련태도 및 훈련몰입의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 한국중고등학교골프연맹과 한국대학골프연맹에 등록이 되어 있는 13세 이상의 학생선수를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 203부의 표본을 수집하였다. 이중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 8부의 자료를 제외한 총 195부의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 학생선수가 지각한 골프 지도자의 코칭방법이 훈련태도에 통 계적으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생선수가 지각한 골프 지도자의 코칭방법이 훈련몰입에 통 계적으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 학생선수의 훈련태도가 훈련몰입에 통계적으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 골프 지도자들은 학생선수들이 긍정적으로 훈련할 수 있 도록 체계적이고 효율적인 훈련 프로그램과 코칭방법을 활용할 수 있을 것이고, 이를 통해 선수들이 골프에 몰입할 수 있는 환경을 조성하여 그들의 경기력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
The Relationship among the Golf Coach’s Coaching Method, Training Attitude and Training Immersion Perceived by Student Athletes
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among the golf coach’s coaching method, training attitude and training immersion perceived by student athletes. [Method] 203 samples were collected by a convenience sampling method which population of student golf athletes aged 13 or older who were registered to Korea Junior Golf Association and Korea Collegiate Golf Federation. Among them, 195 samples were applicable to analyze but 8 samples were excluded as unreliable data. [Result] First of all, golf coach’s coaching method perceived by student athletes had a statistically positive influence on the training attitude. Secondly, golf coach’s coaching method perceived by student athletes had a statistically positive influence on the training immersion. Finally, student athlete’s training attitude had a statistically positive influence on the training immersion. [Conclusion] Based on the results of this study, golf coaches can utilize systematic, efficient training programs and coaching methods to help student athletes train positively, creating an environment where they can immerse themselves in golf, which have a positive effect on their performance improvement.
