골프 캐디의 직업정체성, 직무만족, 조직몰입의 관계 연구
[목적] 본 연구는 골프 캐디의 직업 특성을 알아보고, 골프 캐디의 직업정체성, 직무만족, 조직몰입 간의 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위하여 경기도, 충청도, 전라도 지역의 골프장에서 골프 캐디로 종사자를 연구 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 진행했으며, 수집된 설문지 346부 중 306부를 유효표본으로 확보하였다. 수집된 표본을 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과는 첫째, 골프 캐 디의 직업정체성의 개인-직업 부합, 감정이입, 일체감 요인은 직무만족에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 캐디의 직업정체성의 개인-직업 부합, 감정이입, 일체감 요인은 조직몰입에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프 캐디의 직무만족 요인은 조직몰입에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골 프 캐디는 불안정한 고용과 열악한 근무환경에 처해있음에도 불구하고, 직업에 대한 정체성이 확고하여 직무만족과 조직몰입의 관계에서 긍정적인 관계를 형성하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 골프 캐디의 근속을 장려하기 위해 근 무환경 개선하고, 전문성을 향상을 위한 지속적인 교육이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
A Study on the Relationship between Occupational Identity, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment of Golf Caddies
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the occupational characteristics of golf caddies and establish the causal relationship between occupational identity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. [Method] An online survey was conducted on golf caddies in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, and Jeolla-do, and 306 valid samples were collected out of 346 questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. [Result] The results showed that the personal-occupation matching, empathy, and identification factors of the golf caddy's job identity had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Additionally, the personal-occupation conformity, empathy, and identification factors of the golf caddy's occupational identity had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, it was found that job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment. [Conclusion] Despite the unstable employment and poor working environment, golf caddies exhibited a strong job identity and a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thus, continuous education is necessary to improve the working environment and professionalism to encourage the longevity of golf caddies.
