골프장 언택트 서비스품질이 고객만족, 고객신뢰 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향
[목적] 본 연구는 골프장 언택트 서비스품질, 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 행동의도 간의 관계를 규명하여 언택트 서비스의 시사점을 제공하여 지속적인 가치를 창출할 수 있도록 경영전략수립 및 고객유치를 위한 실증적 기초자료를 제공하 고자 한다. [방법] 결과 도출을 위해 골프장 언택트 서비스를 경험한 전국 골퍼를 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 비확률 표본추출법 중 목적표본추출법을 사용하여 표본을 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0 ver을 활용한 빈도분석, 탐색 적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 골프장 언택트 서비스품질이 고객만 족, 고객신뢰 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 골프장 언택트 서비스품질의 하위요인(보안성, 용이성, 유용 성, 기능성)이 고객만족, 고객신뢰 및 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 따라서 언택트 서비 스만이 가지고 있는 서비스품질을 파악하여 골프장은 기존 고객관리 차원과 신규 고객이 새로 유입될 수 있도록 언 택트 서비스품질을 지속적으로 개선하여 골프장만의 방법으로 발전시키고 차별화시켜 할 것으로 사료된다.
The Effect of Golf Course Untact Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Behavioral Intention
[Purpose] This study was conducted to find out how the quality of golf course untact service affects customer satisfaction, customer trust, and behavioral intention. After the WHO declared the COVID-19 pandemic, the subjects of the study were sampled using the purposive sampling method for golfers using the golf course untact service. [Method] The conclusions derived by conducting frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 Version are as follows. [Result] As a result of analyzing the impact of golf course untact service quality on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and behavioral intention, it was found that the sub-factors of golf course untact service quality partially had a significant impact on all factors. [Conclusion] Therefore, by identifying the service quality of the untact service only, the golf course is expected to continue to improve the quality of the untact service so that new customers can flow in to develop and differentiate it in the golf course's own way.
