골프 레슨 유튜브 방송의 상호작용성, 만족 및 재이용과의 관계
[목적] 이 연구에서는 골프 레슨 유튜브 방송의 상호작용성, 만족 및 재이용과의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것을 그 목 적으로 미래환경의 변화에 앞서 골프장 운영을 발빠르게 대처할 수 있는 기초자료제공에 초점을 두고 연구를 진행하 였다. [방법] 이를 위해 2023년 2월 서울 소재 골프연습장 10군데 연구자와 보조연구자 3인이 직접 방문한 후 편의표 본추출법을 사용하여 골프레슨 유튜브 방송 시청경험이 있는 400명 대상 중 불성실한 응답 52부를 제외하고 최종분 석에 348명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. [결과] 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 상호작용성의 반응성, 유대감, 참여공유는 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상호작용성의 반응성, 유대감, 참여공유는 재이용 에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족은 재이용에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 급변 하는 골프장 레슨환경의 발 빠른 대처를 위해 레슨프로들은 다양한 레슨소비자들의 욕구를 만족할 수 있는 유연한 마케팅 방안의 모색이 이루어져야 할 필요가 있다.
Relationship among Interactivity, Satisfaction and Reuse of Golf Lesson YouTube Broadcasts
[Purpose] In this study, the study was conducted with the goal of providing basic data to quickly cope with the golf course operation prior to environmental changes by identifying the structural relationship among interactivity, satisfaction, and reuse of golf lesson YouTube broadcasts. [Method] In February 2023, 10 golf driving ranges in Seoul and 3 assistant researchers directly visited 10 golf driving ranges in Seoul using the convenience sampling method for this study, and 400 people with experience watching golf lessons on YouTube were subjected to final analysis, excluding 52 insincere responses. A survey was conducted on 348 people. [Result] First, it was found that the responsiveness of interactivity, bonding, and sharing of participation had a significant effect on satisfaction. Second, the responsiveness of interactivity, bonding, and sharing of participation were found to have a significant effect on reuse. Third, satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on reuse. [Conclusion] In order to respond quickly to the rapidly changing golf course lesson environment, it is thought that lesson pros need a flexible and flexible marketing strategy to meet the needs of various consumers.
