MZ세대의 스크린골프 참여동기와 운동몰입의 관계에서 재미요인의 매개효과
[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 MZ세대 스크린골프 참가자의 참여동기와 운동몰입의 관계에서 재미요인의 매개효과를 규 명하는 것이다. [방법] 2023년 1월 현재 경기도와 경북지역에서 스크린골프에 참여하는 MZ세대 282명을 대상으로 연 구를 진행하였다. 데이터 분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석 확인적 요인분석, 그리고 구조방정식모형 분석을 하였다. [결과] 연구 결과는 첫째, 참여동기는 재미요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여동기는 운동몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재미요인은 운동몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 참여동기와 운동몰입에서 재미요인은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] MZ세대의 스크린골프 참여동기가 중요하다는 것을 인지하고 다양한 재미를 제공하여 최상 의 몰입을 경험할 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.
The Mediating Effects of the Fun Factor in the Relationship between Screen Golf Participative Motivation and Exercise Flow of MZ Generation
[Purpose] The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of the fun factor in the relationship between the participative motivation and exercise flow of screen golf participants. [Method] The subjects of the study were 282 MZ generations who had experienced screen golf in Gyeonggi-do province and Gyeongsangbuk-do province in January, 2023. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modelling were enforced in processing the data, using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. [Result] The results of the study were the followings: First, the participative motivation of MZ generations screen golf participants had positive effects on their fun factor. Second, the participative motivation of MZ generations screen golf participants had positive effects on their exercise flow. Third, the fun factor of MZ generations screen golf participants had positive effects on their exercise flow. Fourth, fun factor played a mediating role in the relationship between the participative motivation and exercise flow MZ generations screen golf participants. [Conclusion] In summary, it is desirable that MZ generations screen golf participants should recognize the fact that the participative motivation is important. Also, it is needed that they should try to find the way to improve the fun factor and to experience the best exercise flow.
