[Purpose] Given that the generalization of golf apparel rental services is still in its infancy, the purpose is to analyze the service properties provided by golf apparel rental to continuously optimize the sharing of fashion resources and provide effective marketing strategies based on consumer experience. [Method] For the purpose of the study, individual in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of 10 people using purposive sampling, a method by which the researcher intentionally sampled the subjects. [Result] It was found that economic feasibility, convenience, diversity, eco-friendliness, and pleasure, which are attributes of golf apparel rental services, all positively affect and evaluated by consumers. [Conclusion] Golf apparel rental service attributes can be said to be the main reason why golf apprel rental services can continue to grow and enjoy popularity in the market. Accordingly, people involved in golf apparel rental companies need to develop a promotion strategy centered on each attribute to effectively convey the unique value of the service to consumers. If they introduce various membership programs to provide additional benefits to customers who use the service in the long run, they can expect to strengthen competitiveness and increase market share.
