파크골프장개발에 대한 지역주민의 관광영향인식, 만족 및 지지의사의 구조적 관계
[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 파크골프장개발에 대한 지역주민의 관광영향인식, 만족 및 지지의사의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. [방법] 연구의 연구대상은 대형파크골프장 개발이 예정되어 있다고 보도된 경북 군위와 경남 남해지역에 거주하고 있는 시민 500명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 총 464부(92.8%)의 설문지를 연구에 활용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 파크골프장 개발에 대해 지역주민들은 경제적 인식, 사회문화적 인식은 만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 환경적 인식은 만족에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 파크골프장개발에 대해 지역주민들은 경제적 인식, 사회문화적 인식은 지지의사에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 환경적 인식은 지지의사에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 파크골프장개발에 대한 지역주민의 만족은 지지의사에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 파크골프장개발에 대해 지역주민은 관광지역으로의 도약을 기대하면서도 환경적 부분에서는 양면적 모습을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 지자체에서는 지역주민의 의견을 면밀하게 파악하고 이를 개발단계에서 적용하는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.
The Structural Relationship between Local Residents' Perception of Tourism Impact on Park Golf Course Development, Satisfaction, and Supporting Intention
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between local residents' perception, satisfaction, and willingness to support the development of Park Golf Course. [Method] The research subjects of the study were 500 citizens living in Gunwi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Namhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, where the development of a large park golf course was reported, and a total of 464 (92.8%) questionnaires were used for the study. [Result] First, for the development of park golf courses, it was found that local residents' economic and socio-cultural perceptions had a positive effect on satisfaction, and environmental perceptions had a negative effect on satisfaction. Second, it was found that local residents' economic and socio-cultural perceptions had a positive effect on their willingness to support the development of the park golf course, and environmental perceptions did not affect their willingness to support. Third, it was found that local residents' satisfaction with the development of the park golf course had a positive effect on their willingness to support it. [Conclusion] Regarding the development of the park golf course, local residents expect a leap into a tourist area, but they show two sides in terms of the environment. Local governments should closely grasp the opinions of local residents and seek ways to apply them at the development stage.
