태권도장의 경영 활성화를 위한 경영 품질요인 평가 및 개선우선순위 분석 연구
[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 kano분석을 활용하여 태권도장의 성인 수련생 참여 및 도장 운영 활성화를 위한 경영 전략 을 제시하고자 한다. [방법] 연구대상은 20세 이상 성인 태권도 참여자를 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 코로나19 감염 예방을 위하여 Google온라인으로 총 124명 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 스프레드시트인 ‘Microsoft Office Excel 2020’를 이용하여 Kano 분석의 품질요소 분류, Timko(1993)의 고객만족계수 산출 및 PCSI지수를 활용하여 우 선순위를 분석하였다. [결과] 연구결과 첫째, Kano 분석을 통한 유도장 경영 품질요인을 분석한 결과, ‘무도도장 바닥 (매트)의 재질 및 적합성’ 등 7개 요인이 매력적 요인으로 분류되었으며, ‘무도도장의 쾌적하고 청결한 상태’, ‘수련도 구의 상태 및 다양성’ 등 23개 요인이 일월적 요인으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 태권도장 경영 품질요인의 만족도 개선 범 위를 파악하기 위하여 PCSI 지수를 도출하였으며, 1위는 ‘수련 과정 중 질의사항에 대한 응답’으로 나타났으며, ‘수련 생의 불편사항 및 건의사항 대응’ 순으로 나타났다. [결론] 태권도장의 경영 품질요인에서도 시설 관련 요인이 차별 화를 줄 수 있는 요인으로 나타났다. 즉, 모든 무도도장에서 도장 시설의 조화로운 인테리어, 편의성 및 청결성이 수 련생들의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 차별화 전략이 될 수 있을 것이다.
A Study on the Evaluation of Management Quality Factors and the Priorities of Improvement for the Management Revitalization of Taekwondo Centers
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to use Kano analysis to present management strategies for participating in adult trainees at taekwondo centers and activating painting operations. [Method] Adult taekwondo participants were selected as subjects for the study, and a total of 124 surveys were conducted online to prevent COVID-19 infection. Data processing was analyzed using the spreadsheet ‘Microsoft Office Excel 2020’ to classify quality factors of Kano analysis, calculate customer satisfaction coefficient, and use the PCSI index to analyze priorities. [Result] First of all, as a result of analyzing the quality factors of induction site management through Kano analysis, seven factors were classified as attractive factors, including “the material and suitability of the martial art painting floor (mat),” and 23 factors such as “the pleasant and clean condition of the martial art painting” and “the condition and diversity of training tools” were classified as transitional factors. Second, the PCSI index was derived to identify the scope of improvement in the quality factors of Taekwondo studio management, followed by “response to questions during the training process,” and “response to inconveniences and suggestions of trainees.” [Conclusion] Facility-related factors were also found to be factors that could differentiate in the management quality factors of taekwondo studios. In other words, the harmonious interior, convenience, and cleanliness of painting facilities in all martial arts can be a differentiated strategy that can increase the satisfaction of trainees.
