[Objective] The aim of this study was to deeply understand the importance and satisfaction of overseas golf tour selection attributes and to offer practical implications. [Methods] To achieve the research objectives, a survey was conducted, followed by a reliability analysis and a validity test. A t-test was performed to verify the significance of the differences between importance and satisfaction. An IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was conducted on the selection attributes of overseas golf tours, and Borich's demand analysis was used to identify the priority of these attributes. [Results] Attributes such as the travel agency's operational competence, local guide capabilities, and website usability are perceived as important in customers' selections. However, the current satisfaction level with these services was found to be relatively low. The priority based on the t-value and the demand- oriented priority were consistent or closely ranked for most items, but discrepancies existed for LocalGuideCompetence and WebsiteUsability. [Conclusion] Through the results of this study, it is anticipated that operators of overseas golf tours and related industries can improve their service provision and secure a competitive advantage in the market.
