호신술 관련 스포츠바우처시설의 서비스품질, 이용자만족, 성과 간의 관계
[목적] 이 연구는 스포츠바우처 제도 이용자를 대상으로 호신술 관련 스포츠시설에서 제공하고 있는 서비스품질, 만 족, 성과 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위하여 스포츠바우처를 사용하여 경기도내 호신 술 관련 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 스포츠시설을 이용하고 있는 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도, 신뢰도, 상관관계분석과 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식모형분 석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구 방법을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. [결과] 첫째, 스포츠바우처시설 서비스품질 은 이용자만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠바우처시설 서비스품질은 성과에 정적영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠바우처시설 이용자의 만족은 성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 따라서 스포츠바우처시설을 이용하는 이용자들이 만족스러운 서비스 경험을 하게 되면 본인이 지속적인 참여 의사 를 가지게 되거나 주변에 긍정적인 관점에서 추천을 하게 되는 효과를 가져올 것이라 판단된다.
Relationship between Service Quality, User Satisfaction, and Performance of Sports Voucher Facilities Related to Self-Defense Technology
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between service quality, satisfaction, and performance provided by sports facilities related to self-defense for users of the sports voucher system. [Method] To this end, a survey was conducted on users using sports facilities operating programs related to self-defense in Gyeonggi-do using sports vouchers. Frequency, reliability, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted on the recovered questionnaire using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0. Through the above research method, the following conclusions were obtained. [Result] First, it was found that the service quality of sports voucher facilities had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the service quality of sports voucher facilities had a positive effect on performance. Third, it was found that the satisfaction of users of sports voucher facilities had a positive effect on performance. [Conclusion] Therefore, it is believed that if users who use sports voucher facilities have a satisfactory service experience, they will have the effect of having a willingness to participate continuously or making recommendations from a positively.
