[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between the characteristics and satisfaction of unmanned fitness centers and the intention to reuse them according to satisfaction. [Method] To this end, QR codes were placed at 10 unmanned fitness centers located in Seoul and the metropolitan area, and an online survey was conducted through them. A total of 263 people responded to the survey, but 240 copies were used, excluding 23 copies that were poor. The retrieved questionnaire was concluded as follows by conducting frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 24.0. [Result] First, it was found that ease of use, spatial arrangement, and functionality had a positive effect on satisfaction in the characteristics of the unmanned fitness center. Second, in the characteristics of the unmanned fitness center, ease of use, spatial arrangement, and functionality were found to have a positive effect on the intention to revisit. Third, it was found that satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention to revisit. [Conclusion] Therefore, it is judged that continuous management and updates are needed to satisfy users about the ease of use, space arrangement, and functionality of the unmanned fitness center.
